Diamond Visionics GenesisIG selected for U.S. Marine Corps KC-130T Visual Upgrade

Vestal, NY – October 6, 2016 – Diamond Visionics’ announces today that JF Taylor, Inc. has selected Diamond Visionics’ GenesisIG for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Divisions (NAWCTSD) visual upgrade for U. S Marine Corps KC-130T flight simulator. The KC-130T flight simulator is a multi-role, multi-mission transport aircraft that provides in-flight refueling as well as rapid ground refueling and transportation of personnel and cargo.
Brian Overy, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Diamond Visionics said, “Diamond Visionics are excited to work alongside JF Taylor, Inc. on the visual system upgrade for their KC-130T Flight Simulator. The navy will realize a significant cost savings due to our ability to natively render the scene directly from the Navy Portable Source Initiative (NPSI) source data during runtime.” GenesisIG improves the visual experience by making the simulated flight more realistic by allowing environmental factors to be included within design exercises. Diamond Visionics GenesisRTX suites of products run the NPSI source data just like any other native GIS Data; without any pre-process manipulation of data or compilation of data post-process.  Diamond Visionics, LLC is a privately held, small business based in Vestal, NY that produces cutting edge 3D visualization, image generation, and interactive source editing tools for the operational and simulation markets (GenesisRTX : GenesisIG, GenesisRDR, GenesisSN, and GenesisSDK).
